For Florida local businesses

Local Business Website Design

A local business website has a simpler job than most people think: get someone nearby to call, book, or stop by. We design every page around that, for contractors, restaurants, salons, shops, clinics, and anyone else whose customers live within driving distance.

What it has to do

Every visitor shows up with the same four questions

What do you do? Do you serve my area? Can I trust you? How do I reach you? A local customer wants all four answered fast, usually on a phone and often while standing somewhere else. If one answer is missing, they go back to Google and try the next name.

Most small business sites miss at least one. The phone number is tiny, the service area is a guess, every photo is stock, or the contact form asks twelve questions before anyone can hit send. We put the answers on the first screen and keep them one tap away on every page after that.

What's included

What every local business site includes

Tap-to-call and short forms

Your phone number dials with one tap, and your forms ask only what you need to call someone back. Short forms get filled out. Long ones get abandoned halfway.

Your service area and a Google Map

Customers see right away whether you cover their town, and a built-in map shows where you are. Both come with every build.

Reviews and real proof

A reviews section comes standard. Send us your own photos, let us pick stock images at no charge, or add an on-site photo shoot so the site shows your actual work.

A page for each service

Five pages are included. Giving each main service its own page helps Google match you to more searches, and it helps customers find the one thing they came for.

Local SEO foundations

Clean page structure, local business schema, fast load times, and a name, address, and phone that match your Google Business Profile. These are the basics Google checks before it shows you to nearby customers.

Copy in English and Spanish

We write the words for you, in both languages. It's part of the base price, and it means you don't lose the customers who'd rather read in Spanish.

How we work

Straight answers before you commit to anything

You see the price first

Our calculator asks a few questions and shows an itemized price in about two minutes. You know what the site costs before you talk to anyone, and nothing is final until you have a fixed quote in writing.

You approve before you pay the rest

You pay 50% to start. The other 50% is due only after you've reviewed the finished site and approved it. It doesn't go live until you sign off.

Built by the person you talk to

You work directly with Carlos, based in Spring Hill, from the first call to launch day. Nothing gets lost between a salesperson, a project manager, and a developer you never meet.

Common questions about local business websites

Do I need a website if I already have a Google Business Profile or Facebook page?

Those help people find you. Your website is where they decide. Your profile links to it, Google reads it to understand what you do and where, and it's the one place online you fully control. Facebook can change the rules on your page tomorrow. Your website stays yours.

What pages does a local business website need?

Home, services, about, and contact at a minimum. Most businesses also do well with a reviews page and an FAQ. If you serve several towns or offer very different services, separate pages for each help you show up in more searches.

How much does a local business website cost?

Most run $500 to $1,500, and that includes the copywriting, English and Spanish, a Google Map, and a reviews section. Online stores start at $1,500. The calculator gives you your exact number in about two minutes.

Can I make changes after the site launches?

Yes. Our care plan, from $79 a month, covers hosting, backups, security updates, and up to three content updates every month. Send us the change and we make it. The plan is optional, so you can host the site yourself if you'd rather.

How long does it take to build?

Most local business sites launch in two to three weeks. Larger sites and online stores take longer, and a one-week rush is available if you're up against a deadline.
